Mexican National Pleads Guilty To Illegally Re-Entering The United States
David L. Huber, United States Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky, announced today that Omar Bucio-Carrillo a/k/a Evaristo Cisneros-Cisneros, age 31, of 3216 Stone Mountain Drive, Atlanta, Georgia, pled guilty to illegally re-entering the United States,without consent, after having previously been deported from the United States.
The maximum potential penalties are 20 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and supervised release for a period of no more than 3 years. Bucio-Carrillo is an illegal alien and is subject to deportation after serving his sentence.
Bucio-Carrillo pled guilty and admitted that on or about November 2, 2006, in Bullitt County, Kentucky, Bucio-Carrillo, an illegal alien and Mexican National, had illegally entered the United States and was found in the Western District of Kentucky. Upon being found in Kentucky, Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents performed a records check and determined that Bucio-Carrillo had previously been deported from the United States on December 7, 2004, out of the Brownsville, Texas Port of Entry. At the time of his arrest, Bucio-Carrillo did not have the consent of the Attorney General of the United States and the Department of Homeland Security to enter or remain in the United States.
