I-94W

The form titled I-94W is green in color. It is issued to those visitors to the United States who enter the country under what is termed a Visa Waiver Program. This is the reason why the form is called I-94W.As in the case with both the I-94 and I-95 forms, I-94W is used to record both the arrival and departure times of a visitor to the United States. It contains specific essential identification information as well as proof you are in the country legally. The major difference with this waiver card is you waive certain rights upon entering the country under it. You cannot appeal or bring about a review of any decision regarding your admissibility or inadmissibility to the United States. You also cannot change your immigration status or extend your visit to the country. The law requires you to retain the form until your departure.
