Asylum Immigration

Asylum immigration encompasses the individuals that have sought refuge from their home countries in hopes of resettling in a different country. Those individuals that have fled from their home country await status to see if they will indeed be considered a refugee and therefore have the ability to permanently or even temporarily settle in the desired country as they feel unsafe in their own. As individuals await their refugee status, they are considered to be asylum seekers. Asylum immigration has different rules attached to it as it is not like a typical visa that an individual must apply for. The individuals may feel that they can return to their home country once the conflicts have died down or they may feel unsafe ever returning to their home country, so they have asylum immigration status as they wait to see what their rights will be in the desired country.
