Tourist Visas

Tourist visas allow foreign nationals who wish to visit the United States for either leisure or tourism to receive a B2 tourist visa. A B2 tourist visa is required from citizens of countries that are not currently a part of the Visa Waiver program whereby a visa is not required. There are a number of reasons that an individual may apply for and receive a tourist visa which include leisure or any kind or even medical treatment. It is important that an individual state their intention for their visit as well as the amount of time that they intend to stay. Usually an individual may only stay up to 90 days at a maximum with this type of visa.
