Refugees

Refugees are the individuals that have abandoned their country of origin as they seek a safe environment. Usually refugees come about in times of war, political or religious instability, or other conditions such as famine by which they feel that they are no longer safe in their own country. Refugees flee to countries by which they hope to gain safe shelter and ultimately residency. Refugees are often unable or unwilling to return to their own country and therefore they hope to seek protection and support from the country to which they have fled. There are policies in place in many countries to aid refugees and help them through any necessary immigration policies.
