Naturalization Test

A naturalization test is often the final step towards an individual becoming a citizen of a given country. There are many steps that an individual must go through before they reach the naturalization test, so a passing grade of this will ultimately result in citizenship after the oath is taken. As the only two ways to become a citizen of the United States for example are by birth or naturalization, the test is a way to measure an individual's knowledge of all important information on the country. A naturalization test measures an individual's knowledge on the government, history, principles, and rights of a citizen within that county. Usually a naturalization test is given through an interview and a passing grade is essential for citizenship to take place.
