Immigration USA

Immigration USA is the movement of people into the United States, on a legal and illegal basis. People are moving to the United States with the hopes of gaining permanent residency and ultimately all of the rights and benefits that are associated with such dwelling. Tourists and short-term visitors are not considered to be immigrants; it pertains more to those who dwell within the USA for a period greater than a year. To be considered a legal immigrant, it is imperative to get the proper visa granted to an individual by the US government. There are visas for travel, students, business, and even a longer-term bout of employment. Immigration within the USA has become a hot topic as many seem to be taking the illegal route resulting in record breaking numbers, thus turning into a political hot button when it comes to their longevity and potential benefits.
