Immigration Court

Immigration court is where many cases may end up if there are any questionable details or information throughout the immigration process. The Executive Office for Immigration Review is an office of the US Department of Justice that is responsible for adjudicating immigration cases in the United States and which oversees immigration courts throughout the US. This court system runs as any other with a court of appeals at the top that individuals may attempt to reach if they feel their results are unsatisfactory. The chief function of immigration court is to handle any hearings on removal of individuals from the United States, and deal with circumstances that come up as a result of such actions.
