H1B Processing

H1B processing can be a lengthy and involved process whereby an individual ultimately is granted H1B status to work in the United States. An H1B visa is a nonimmigrant type of visa that is available to foreign nationals in specialty occupations that call for a minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree. To get H1B visa status, an employer must seek out an individual who has the right skills as it must be proven that there are no candidates within the United States that fulfill the requirements. If that requirement occurs then the H1B processing begins and the employer and individual must be involved every step of the way for the H1B visa to be granted.
