H 1B Visa

An H1B visa is a nonimmigrant visa in the United States under the Immigration and Nationality Act. This type of visa allows employers in the United States to temporarily employ foreign workers in certain specialty occupations. If a foreign worker with an H1B visa quits their job or is fired for some reason by the sponsoring employer, the worker can find another employer that is willing to pick up their H1B visa and apply for this change of status. If an individual can't find another company to pick up their H1B visa, then it will likely result in them having to leave the United States immediately. For an individual to qualify for an H1B visa they must have a bachelor's degree and there must be a matching job for their skills.
