Green Card Photo

A Green Card application requires a full face photo of passport size and quality. Your Green Card photo should be printed in color on thin, photo-quality paper. Passport size is a 2" x 2" square. The photo needs to show a clear view of the applicant's face, and the photo should have a plain, light colored background. Eyeglasses that are worn daily can be worn, but sunglasses should be removed for your photo. You can wear regular street clothing for your photograph. Uniforms are prohibited, except in the case of religious attire. If the Green Card applicant is a child under the age of 18, they need to appear alone in the photo, without props or supports. Only original photographs are acceptable. Do not digitally alter your photo.
