Citizenship and Immigration Services, also known as USCIS, is the government agency that oversees the lawful immigration process to the United States of America. Citizenship and Immigration Services works with individuals, corporations, and any third party that is involved with any citizenship and immigration issues and ensures that the process flows smoothly and all requirements are met. This bureau works on immigrant visa, naturalization, and asylum and refugee applications and petitions.
